Explain how a good reboot is done

Could some one explain how a good reboot is done; disconnecting the power to the vixo2 or just push the power on the remote? Thanks

well hold off till box come up and reset it or me i unplug it sometimes if i do router and box

theone, sorry have no intention to hijack anything I do respect rules, but still have not been specific of which (power off or disconnect transformer) way to do it, and I did search about and came out with nothing.
