Donation link no longer works

I'm trying to change my Donation lined MAC so I went to this site. It refused three attempts this morning so I gave up.

All you get is this: "The information provided is incorrect please try again."

Is there any reason they would have blocked the entire U.S.?

Again just for clarification, I am talking about the search site where you enter the MAC address.

Have either of you really gone and tried it in the last 24 hours or are you thinking of earlier times?

yes... but you enter your donation number and then enter in captcha... you dont enter in the mac in the first box

The first box has shaded text saying "Donation". Where else would you put your donation number?

I have tried the link with 3 different browsers on 2 different computers so I don't think cookies has anything to do with this. I(n the meantime I went to the living room and tried the TVOnline and it works fine so not all of my internet is screwed up either. I just cannot change my MAC to get stalker to work again.

I live in a very remote location, but if I cannot get anywhere on this, I will be going into town on Tuesday so I will try that then.
