Donation declined

Used a green dot visa debit card, First time stated insufficient funds. Added more to card
tried again and it returned declined. Do I have to wait 24 hrs to try again? Ideas?

I believe they do not take green dot.

No. I used a regular visa the second time. Didn't want to put more cash into another pre-paid.
