Do both the tvonline and tvonline plus boxes have kodi?

I recently started using kodi on my android devices and appreciate the addons like Phoenix, Genesis, ustvnow, etc.

Since I'm brand new, I just wanted to verify that both boxes have the kodi app available and that the addons which I commonly use will work.
