constant donation errors

Hello, I am using my actual CC. Not some prepaid card. And yet I am still receiving insufficient funds. Any ideas on what to do? I have the funds there and I am authorized for international use.

If you made a mistake the first time you need to wait up to 24 hours before you can use that same card to make that purchase. It's a security setup by CC company's they say it's for your own good
