Is it possible to reorder your channels back where they were originally at?...because mine somehow got reorganized

Try shutting off the power to the box for 20 seconds, re-start; channels order should be corrected. Works (worked) for me many times.

I tried it and I unplugged it...no luck at all

What box/device are you using?

It's the avov tv plus

I'm not sure what is going on with your box. You might try changing the server at the Donation Checker to see if that has an effect. Do an IPTV Reset while you are there as well. There were some updates to the Stalker Middleware. That may be part of the issue, but I'm not sure.

Ok thank u...but I never did a reset before...after i do a reset all I have to do this out in my donation into to start viewing live tv again right

You can try an IPTV Reset only. Make sure the box is off when you do the IPTV Reset. At times, it will be all that is needed to get things straightened out.
