Channels will not Load on MAG255

Just turned on my tv and found that that channels will not load..the status bar just hangs. I rebooted the device several times and unplugged the power to reboot and no jov. Is this a server issue or something on my end? Thanks

I went to the site and checked my status...my account is active, my user name and password are correct and my MAC address is spot on...but still the no channels, just the scrolling bar on the screen...anybody got any issues. It worked fine until they started mucking with the passwords, what is going on?
