If you're trying to install from the repo, there have been problems with that route. If you can install from a zip file, download the zip from the bottom of the IPTV Stalker Plus installation instruction page.

I have tried to DL the zip file, with nothing happening.

Downloading the file doesn't seem to work, so for now, get the modded version by couchpotato.
