Same issue here - left in on the home page for 10 minutes nothing. Tried 5 times.
I can get it to reload but still errors out with Device Not Authorized.
On my fourth one now.

leave it on after update from 5-10 minutes

Try Wifi or reboot your modem

Change your IP up a bit!!
wifi back to hard wire and reboot the modem

modem router runs the whole shop - lots of windows updates going on. Can't reboot so I let them sit.
Takes from 5 -10 minutes on second reboot.
