Good day. My name is Judy. My boxes are asking for username and passwords. I cannot get in contact with the seller in China that I purchased my boxes and subscriptions from. Any help will be appreciated.

He is the one with that info. It is sent to the email given at the time of purchase. Lots of reseller will not even reply at times like this. Good luck on trying to get a hold of him.
