black screen

hi, can somebody help me, my box is doing a intermittent black screen. do it in all channels. and that's no the internet, because its works perfectly.

first and easiest thing to try is to pull the power from the mag and then reboot your router/modem. Leave it powered off for a full minute before powering back on.
Let fully boot up.
Then power up mag again and check results

To crazed 8.4 My unit is also just black....went out on the 14...just some start and stoping and then the whole system went down or black....will not reload or reset or anything. Will the above info work for this?
I have a Fire Stick and IPTV is hooked up through this. The box is away. Anything special that I should do also. Many thanks.

you could try the above, yes.
You could also try the No_Block file if you have not yet.
