Authentification problem with Mag254

What does mean this message on top of the screen: "Authentification problem"? I cannot load the channel list anymore. What is the cause for this? Does this means I need to reboot? I'm asking because I try avoiding reboots because sometimes I lost my weather location and all the locks that I have cleared for adult channels.

cant find server and yes reboot sorry on that one

I tried rebooting but now I get Portal not available! It's like that since yesterday.
