mine are the exact same way too! apparently,there may be some work going on to the servers again. myself,i am hit or miss with using the emulator. some days i can watch with zero problems others i have looping and freezing,but,i ( like some others here ) am waiting patiently for the service to get back to what it was when we first started watching it.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, hopefully it's fixed soon. I'm glad I'm not the only one...I thought my kid screwed up one of the tv settings. Lol.

If you use MAG 254 though I have not tried the other MAG boxes .On your remote the bottom left button you have 5 options to choose from after each button press.This is another way for your aspect ratio.Try it
