Anyone else having audio cutouts?

Using stalker pvr and kodi isengard and my video is good but about every 15 seconds there is a small cutout in audio only for a sec. Might end up missing a syllable or two from every couple sentences. Any ideas?

update to kodi 15.1,issue has been fixed(from what I read).
