Clear data in the epg guide, then restart, providing you have everything configured correctly, also sometimes, if you power down then un plug for for 15 sec then start back up

Are you using 79 or 78 in your mac address, need to us 79 and also have to change that in your donation setting, what are you using in the portal ?

79 in mac all channels work fine portal http://11.ipvtprivateserver.tv , just no epg

Epg is not populating the us channels so is that what you want there is not fix yet.
