So I've sent at least two emails directly through the rocket website asking questions which I'm sure I won't get a response from. How does becoming a reseller work? What's the difference if I don't purchase 8 donations and just do 4 and link them to different devices? Can that even be done?

less then 8 you receive the rockets already activated.
8 or more rockets and you activate them yourself.
