I have learned that with this service you get what you pay for, $100 for 12 months is cheap. Some channels work, some don't. Then a few days later the ones that didn't work do and others don't. With 96Mb up/ 32 Mb down and 24ms latency I know the issues are not at my end. I feel that the service is a money gab with little or no support and I have to say that if they don't improve I will not be renewing and seeking a better option.
