All UK channels down?

Just bought 4 boxes and subscriptions for friends/family and logged on and none of the UK channels are working..

All Sky Sports/Setanta/BT and all Sky Movies etc are dead.

Happening for anyone else?

Ahh, I see.

Do we know if this is being looked at or if it's scheduled maintenance or something?

EDIT: Just seen others mentioning them in the "channel issues" thread.
No replies there by anyone so not sure what the status is.

Channels come, channels go.
Channels Work, channels don't.

At the end of the day, you get what you get... For better or worse.

Staff here are great but they don't actually manage the service, just the forums, so we're all literally in the same boat.

Yea I've been using this since it was in the free trial and another service before that so I understand the standard issues.

But having all Sky UK channels as well as Setanta and BT etc seems a lot more off line than would be normal.

Just wondering if there had been any acknowledgement of them being down or a time frame when they'll be fixed.

I have learned that with this service you get what you pay for, $100 for 12 months is cheap. Some channels work, some don't. Then a few days later the ones that didn't work do and others don't. With 96Mb up/ 32 Mb down and 24ms latency I know the issues are not at my end. I feel that the service is a money gab with little or no support and I have to say that if they don't improve I will not be renewing and seeking a better option.
