Can You Be A Little More Specific !!

when loading certain channels, i get picture but i also get a error saying "Missing Audio File"

So i have picture but no audio

im using a mag 322 box

i think it seems to work good on my TCL TV on the app "Tivi Mate"

i cant seem to fing out how to change the media player on a mag 322

can not change the media player with them mag devices.
Not sure but the mag device may no have the correct audio files (codecs or whatever they called).
While the TiVi Mate probably does. Them mag devices , the older ones may be outdated with the audio video codecs they use on some channels.
