with the Rocket server an admin would need to change the URL portal. That usually fixes the problem. Left click my name for Private Message option and send me your log in credentials, and email used.
I'll get that portal changed for you.
this may or may not help with the Mag models. But...
Ryu is online. He has been on your other recent postings. Did you send him the info he needed ?

im able to fix for few people by doing this.
first log into your account and perform a reset.
then log in again and click change portal.
then log in again and perform a reset again,
then log in again and change portal again which should bring back you to original portal.
then log in again and perform a reset again.
now check and should work fine. it worked for all I have helped via pm.

no , you sent Ryu a Visitor Message, which allows anyone to see it.
You want to sent him a Private Message.
Left Click on his name to see that option.

Ryu I thank you for taking your time to help me but unfortunately im still getting the same response. I tried two different STB.
well I tested yours and worked on my end so problem is on your end if still not working. I have helped many via pms during helping you and they all fixed. so not sure if its your isp, your box/app or your network.
I was told directly from tinie that these mag 500 series boxes are not guarantied to work on papiao services. It started with the Minstra middleware, which replaced the original Stalker Middleware.
Stalker was originally based in the mag 250 models and the 254 models, which is why setting that compatibility mode set to the 254 had helped in the past, sometimes set as mag 322 as well.
There are some Mag 500 series models that do have that compatibility option and some don't. You'll find all those that don't will not work no matter what is tried.
The STB emulator is the same way, It's based on the Stalker on a mag 250 OS
This Minstra was introduced maybe 5 years ago and has been from the start a troublesome format for papiao and other private servers.
If any remember, Infomir which is the Mag manufacturer, tried blocking Mag receivers from connecting to private servers. A private coder from online figured out a way around that and released a 'modified' file for those being blocked and that was before infomir even had made the change to Ministra middleware (which is their iptv program).
I still have that 'modified' file on my mag254 model.
Moral of the story. Mags are not the best devices for a private server, nor can they be trusted to be.
They originally are designed for a campus type atmosphere, or business or communications and that type of things

Doesn't make difference which service for the 500 series which in particular do not have the compatibility mode option.
NFPS, Rocket, iptv66
all 3 papiao servers.
yea, true.
I'd like to hear from someone that has the 524 Mag (without compatibility option) and the NFPS with one of them portals.
as for I found 524 does not have compatible mode but I maybe wrong. 544 does have it.
