How do you go about requesting a ethnic channel?

If you are talking about Kodi, in general, you might want to ask which add-on has a certain channel. Like psycon said, we get what we get from the server, and channel requests are pointless while we are in 'testing'. If it doesn't exist from NFPS/Rocket iptv, and is not on a subscription add-on, someone may be able to point you in the right direction.
