Not the end users problem.Know how it works before you post like this.The end user is purchasing bitcoin.They would not offer this option if they thought it was unsafe.
Yes you can use Paypal.Just choose that option.It does seem to take a few days longer using the paypal option.But it will get completed if you follow the instructions.
