Mag 254 down?

Hi I have mag 254 I can’t connect to the server it is the system down or my subscription has had been expired or do I need to fit it I’m new at this please thanks to all for you help

go to the service website (papiao) and log onto your code and check expiry date and also check the server URL Portal and match that URL with what is entered onto your receiver. If it is different,then adjust the receiver entree to match what the website shows
