Box setup not working

Having problems setting up my box. Somone
did an IPTV reset to my account and asked for me to , reboot the device. I did and still not working. They refered me to this support forum if the problem persisted. I'm really having a difficult time if u could assist me it would be greatly appreciated

Esther, you need to include info about what box you are using.
But try unplugging the power for 2 minutes, then plug back in and start as usual.
