Exactly right! They added HD channels before and they had nothing but complaints as a lot of members internet speed cannot handle the speed requirements

We can go round and round on the issue but look up last time they switched over before we start into the requirements again... You joined up less than a month ago, look back a year as there is no sense bringing it up again. Is your 1 gigabit connected directly to the server or do you have different connection points?

Why aren't there more HD channels?

It's not only the end user internet capacity. The provider is having a problem maintaining consistent service with the current sd. Can you imagine what would happen with HD? Hint: Increased buffering! Be careful what you wish for.
