IPTV Reset option missing

Hi guys, i need to do a reset but there is no Reset option when i log in to my account and it say the service is inactive. Any ideas?

turn it on if you got 8 or more codes they sent you the password or you got it from a re seller not good

It was ordered on the 7th of this month direct from the IKS Website.
