MAG 254 Stuck on Authentication Screen

I have a MAG 254 that is stuck on the authentication screen even after doing ,reboots, MAC resets and changing donation numbers. I login in and the yellow bar only loads about 10% and stays there, any idea anyone?

Are you using the same url that was assigned to you with the donation in your portal?
