I am trying to load authentication code
what goes into login and what goes into password boxes?

I have order id:

user: (my email address)

you guys are using the wrong place to check or link your MAC
At that IKS66 site there can be see in the tabs, 3 different ways to look at the route and MAC

1. Route Checker
2. MAC Checker
3. Link a MAC

If you use the MAC Checker it will eventually lead you to the registration page and that is why you are seeing it ask for email and registration.
Do not use that TAB.
Use the Link a MAC tab
