    Please Contact Your Provider to Register This Device

    Hi,

    I purchased a donation yesterday from IPTV Private Server. I have a mag254 that I had been using from another site donation. I donated for both IPTV and IKS. I got the IKS working; however, I can't get the IPTV working. I am getting the error on screen that says "Please Contact Your Provider to Register This Device".

    I emailed tech support and no response after 24 hr. Can anyone help?

    I changed the mac to something else then changed it back and that does not work. Quick question - is the mac case sensitive? my unit shows all lower case.

    I emailed the company with all my info - mac address, donation #, etc.

    When u changed the mac did u link it then exit out and go back in and put the right mac in and relink it?

    Yes I did and then checked to make sure it took.

    Is the MAX case sensitive? My box shows lower case and the change won't take a lower case only upper.

    When I change to lower case it says MAC already exists.
