Big problem with updates. "Ajax loader is not found" Not connection to the server. Some idea?

Same processor as the Buzztv box but the Buzz box has 2gig's of Ram ...........XTREAMZ only has 1gig of ram
Thats just off the top of my head......there may be other differences
