Volume is Super Low and Can't be Increased

My volume longer works on my Mag-254 using Rocket service. The volume is very low and I can't adjust it. I'm not sure if this is related to Rocket or the latest Feb. 20 software update.

Please advice.

Hold setup button and the ok button together to default the remote.
