VOD File formart not supported

Hi everyone,

I am having a display message on some buzz x5 " File format not supported", when I go to play VOD movies. Does anyone knows something about it?

try changing your video player and see if it helps ..

The link posted above leads to a buzztv 4900 model tutorial concerning the Players, but most all stickie tutorials for most all buzztv devices will be the same or similar to your device and most all of their models.
The 4900 posted above for example, will work the same for you X5 model.
