Unable to open any channels in nfps

I have been trying t access any channel in NFPS and the channel looks like its loading than eventually times out and shows connection timeout error 101 is this server down or is there a fix I can apply

Alot of people are having this issue including myself ... weird part about it is I connected my phone to my box as a hot spot and it's stopped .. once connect back to the Internet it starts all over again. ..
