Trying to reset my mac

I was told I had to wait 24 hours, which I did, and now when I try to reset my mac it either times out with errors, or says this, " Sorry we cant process this request right now. " help anyone else getting this

It appears the Donation Checker for IKS66 is still under maintenance. That is where the change of MAC Address is facilitated. I would give it a try every once in a while.
