and on top of the page you a have button "RENEW NOW" click on it and follow the instructions.

I renewed my sub. and got confirmation from Papio. entered the correct mac and donotaion numbers under user name and password, but getting an red ERROR message?

What device are you using? You are using the donation number for both the username and password, correct? What is the error message?

am using Mag 254, yes same donation number for both, it just says in red ERROR on the user name and password screen, top right after i click on enter.

You could try an IPTV Reset initially. Go to the Donation Checker, login and issue an IPTV Reset. Make sure the box is unplugged when you do the reset. Wait a few minutes before firing up the box after the reset.

I got it going, now. it may have to take a day for them to renew my account and get it going. Thank You.
