server is down on this box for me box is acting very slow on boot up and loading

If you're in the portal, you can watch. It's the getting in part that tough. If you're in need of viewing something, keep trying, you will get in.

I know it took me awhile yesterday, I even reset my router but finally got in.

Not quite down for me but changing channels is not only slow but unpredictable, if landing on a channel and no video after one min and move to another working channel it will flip back to the pevious channel sometimes more than one is involvled, glad Crazed report of repair in progress.
Lots of weeds to pull outside and flowers to plantto keep me busy.

Mine went through everything you all have described and now it says "your STB is blocked" and then gives options to reboot, pay or reload portal. Looks like the moment is getting nearer yet it doesn't let you pay for the service just yet.

Everything was working well and then it began to cough and sneeze.
