Routes blocked

I need help! I renewed my service 4 days ago and all 3 routes are still blocked. I've tried to reboot and restart the portal which I was given to no avail! What am I doing wrong? Can somebody please help me? Thanks

re the server URLs matching on the receiver and at the webpage that shows your codes ?
