It has to be able to do international purchases which most in the USA do not allow. So it depends on where you are

No unfortunately money pack or green dot are not accepted. I'm almost positive that you can't buy any prepaid credit cards that will do international purchases without having to give your actual name and social security #.... Do yourself a favor if your going to donate and buy direct and stay away from resellers! You asking for nothing but trouble if you use resellers...
