is there anyway to find out what donation is linked to the mac address ....in case somehow I mistakenly used a random donation number

When it goes through change two numbers let it go through then put the right mac on relink it should work please post let us know if it worked thank u

Contacted Rocket and they fixed the problem........................all is well

Well...have the same problem. On the rocket site i can verify my order info etc, but when I try to check the Rocket status, I put in my donation ID and the verify numbers and it constantly gives me invalid information, so I cannot re-link my MAC address. What am I doing wrong ??
