No Portal Coming Up

Rebooted Mag254
All I get is Page Error and no portal load stick showing up. Just black screen.
STB show internet is connected and up via ethernet.

In reading you would read that 22 is problematic again.

Same problem here. Black screen only the portal 22.iptvrocket.tv is not working
