No live tv

No live tv on server 1. Is the system down?

I am a newbie. Any suggestions. My channels show up but the preview screen is black

shut off the power to the box for a few seconds(unplug it).
Then back into TVOnline and into server settings. High-lite the server and connect using the red button on the remote.
Exit out after it connects and enter Live TV
check for results.

I can not get any channels below 500 with exception of Music Videos and ch 237.
Very few above 500.
On server 22iptvrocket with AVOV Online +


Help Please.
