Hi I just downloaded the Kodi Jarvis, I just watched a video for example, the guy has all his adds ons for movies and sports. How do I do that under videos you can only have 5 add ons, but it seemed like all his favourite was in one like 10

Do some research on Kodi Skins. The default skin, Confluence, only has 5 add-on spots for shortcuts. Some like Xonfluence will allow more.
