My new mag 250 is freezing up

Hi all, just got a new mag 250, but it's freezing up in the settings. Like if i want to enter portals, it would just freez up, and only help is unpluging it from power source. What could be the problem? Thanks

change the hdmi cable or check to ensure the ethernet is connected securly

Tried with three different Hdmi cable, tried using Lan cable, wifi. Nothing is working

Can someone tell me, where i can download firmware for the mag 250. For the usb Update. Thanks

One more question. Which file should i download, when i click on mag 250, i can see there is 4 files. Hope i can help, so i can try to update my mag 250.
