If that Mag 424 runs the Ministra software then the answer would be no
I do beleive that the 424 does run the Ministra

Mag424w3 runs Ministra. 254 runs Stalker.
These Services only use Stalker backend software, so will not allow connection from Ministra STB's.
*Not backwards compatible!
