MAG 254 Freezing every day? Please help.

Hi everyone. I am new here. So I apologize if I am not posting in the right place. I recently got the MAG 254 with paid subscription so I can get Indian/Pakistani channels. Ever since I got it, the channels and movies keep freezing. Some times it is fine and works great and other times the picture keeps freezing. My internet download speed is 50 mbps with Acanac (local provider in Toronto). I added the modem specs below. I even tried connecting the modem to the Mag box and it still freezes? I also upped the buffering. (Although in my box you can't do it through internal settings, you have to go to settings and click restart portal and then go to advanced settings?) Not sure if that is correct or not.

Anyone know what might be the problem. I have read a lot that it could be the IPTV servers and that they are still in the testing phase? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.:o

Since you did not specify which provider. I can only assume that its not one of ours Since you purchased the box with a code on it so all I can tell is we don't discuss other providers or resellers, we support original Rocket, NFPS and IKS66. You best go back to who sold you the box and advise them of your issue.
