MAC Address

I reset my tv box but cant change MAC address to reset up my emulater...I don't understand how to login with my registered email account and password.. please help

I can see my route checker just fine.. it's when I try and change my mac address. send me to login page and asked for email login and password .. ive tried so many times I locked myself out for 20 minutes.. there is also a new button that says reset iptv ?
