Login problem

Just gave donation to IPTV Rocket for one year and am getting an error message when entering user and password.

Any ideas why?

On what device? What's the error message? When did you make the donation? It can take a bit of time for the donation to become active.

It is MAG 254 2.6-11B-00 U3, it just says error. The donation was made today and is showing as active when I check it.

if they sent him info it should be on pm me all info they sent you and email you used to get it not here and you setup your mac address too right

We still have nothing. We have reset mac address and checked the rocket. It says it is active but still no picture and an error when trying to put login and password. Thanks!!
