Can someone please explain to me what IPTV is? Coming from FTA - are there as many channels? Is this the future of "free" tv? Will existing rockets used on FTA be valid to work with IPTV? Do I need to get a new device? all these questions...

so is anyone using these boxes yet? is it open for testing at least? the article says Jan 2015 - it is up now? anyone have any suggestions?...
