Hi, Im really would like to know what is currently better between IPTV Stalker and PVR Stalker?

IPTV Stalker is only a video add-on. PVR Stalker integrates with the Live TV option of Kodi giving you a guide as well.

Could the service work in future without IPTV Stalker the video add on?

If you use PVR Stalker you do not need to use the Stalker Video Client and you can uninstall it if you want.
