im running kodi 14.2 on a atv2

i do everything right and i keep getting the message access denied

its apparently a trial donation for me to see how it works, could that be it

please help

There's no such thing as a trial donation anymore. It may be a clone that was shut down or an add-on that was incorrectly configured. Either instance would prevent access.

If it is valid, you would need the Order ID, donation number and e-mail used for the account.
