HD Freezing and Looping

Hey guys i know this has been asked many times but are the HD channels not working properly (freezing, looping, ect) I have 4 boxes 2 Minix 1 Buzz and 1 Formuler at 4 different locations and all 4 have HD channels that are unstable on Rocket. Just wondering if this a on going problem? Have been doing this for several weeks now and it seems to be most of the HD channels.

You are not alone.

They know of the problem and are most likely working on it, or deciding what course of action to take.

But don't get angry or upset!
They always get things proper and the service will be better for it.
